Darmody & Partners is an Irish Cost and Project Management Consultancy, founded and led by Cian and Jack Darmody with offices in Dublin and Ennis.
Our primary objective is to successfully deliver our clients’ projects, on time and on budget.
Our guarantee is to always act as trusted advisors to our clients, representing them and their interests in a professional, hands-on manner.
We manage our clients’ money diligently, constantly seeking to achieve value for money and minimised risk through our director led approach and extensive consultancy experience.

CIAN DARMODY
MRICS, MSCSI
Cian is a chartered Quantity Surveyor who graduated with a B.Sc. in Construction Economics and Management in 2009.
Cian has extensive experience working in both general contracting and professional consultancy and has worked in Canada, Western Australia, London and most recently in Dublin.
Cian has worked on various projects from large scale civils, high end residential, cultural, educational and healthcare and has experience with both public and private procurement. Furthermore, Cian has hands on experience providing both project management and employer’s representative services to private clients in Ireland and the UK.
Cian strives to provide professional advice in an honest, transparent, professional and personable manner.
Cian is a registered Assessor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and contributes to the Society’s working groups.

JACK DARMODY
MRICS, MSCSI
Jack is a chartered Quantity Surveyor who graduated with a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying in 2012 and went on to complete an M.Sc. in Project Management in 2015. Jack began his quantity surveying career working with a contractor in the UK in the residential sector.
Since then, Jack has worked in Ireland with a number of consultancy firms and has gained vast experience in the public and private sectors, successfully delivering projects in residential, retail, commercial, leisure and water utilities sectors.
Jack has acute knowledge of project costs, contracts and procurement as well strong technical competence in construction and building services technology. Jack has a proven track-record of delivering projects successfully and representing clients in a professional and diligent manner.
